Event registration - Gathering 2025
This registration is for the Gathering 2025 main event and Pre-Gathering events. Register for the U30 Gathering HERE or the Youth Gathering HERE.

If you are a couple attending together, you each need to complete a registration form.

Pricing for all whole Gathering registration types is $335 per participant and half-time is $175 (either Wed. and/or Thurs. OR Fri. and/or Sat. - please choose which in "registration type" below). If you received a code from MC Canada please indicate "yes" (below "Registration Type") and input code. If you think you should have received a code but didn't please email: gathering@mennonitechurch.ca
MC Canada has provided a code to select admin, speakers, etc. If you received a code please indicate "yes" below and input code. If you mistakenly check "yes" please correct by checking "no". Thanks.

Three Dietary Options
Children @ Gathering
Childcare will be provided for children 5-12 years old (see below for younger children). It will be onsite at Rockway Mennonite Collegiate led by the enthusiastic and experienced staff from Silver Lake Mennonite Camp. Designed for children aged 5-12, the program will feature songs, games, and plenty of outdoor activities, all led by energetic camp leaders.
The cost for childcare is $150/child (entire Gathering) or $90/child (half of Gathering (Wed/Thurs OR Fri/Sat). Care and meals will be provided on the following days and times:
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Breakfast, Bag Lunch, Dinner)
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Breakfast, Bag Lunch, Dinner)
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Breakfast)
If coming as a couple then only one of you should register for childcare (below).
Note: An unsupervised Children's Play Area will be available for children 6 months to 4 years at the back of the main session room. This space will include a table with activities, crafts, and mats for quiet, gentle play.
As this is an unsupervised area, parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. No registration or fee needed.

NOTE: For each child for which you request childcare, we need essential information with a signed waiver. You can download, complete beforehand, and send to gathering@mennonitechurch.ca. If we don't have a form on file, you will need to complete it at Gathering check-in.
Fees due
The total amount owing can be found on the "Submit & Pay" button below. This amount does not include any discounts or subsidies. The total fee will be noted in your confirmation email.
Note: If there is no fee owing you will see only a "Submit" button. Click it to register.
Payment options
- Pay now with credit card – click Submit & Pay button
- Pay by cheque or e-transfer – click Submit & Pay Later button (payment details will be sent by email)
- Invoice my congregation (they have agreed to pay my costs) – click Submit & Pay Later button and provide the details below.
Please do not click the submit button more than once - doing so will result in multiple registrations.
