Historical note

The People's Mennonite Mission was founded in 1959 in Fort St. John, B.C. It was called the Fort St. John Mennonite Mission but changed its name a few years later. It left the conference in 1966. The leader of the congregation was Bob Rogers (1959-1966).

Scope and content note

This fonds contains correspondence (1959-1966), a brief history (1960), and one photograph : b&w ; 9 X 9 cm (1960). The records pertain to the founding and development of the Mennonite mission in Fort St. John, B.C.
